Is a Civil War Inevitable?

I'm not talking about in Iraq either. OpEdNews.com has an article that discusses the possibility that a revolution is just around the corner. Not exactly a new idea lately but I feel like it deserves a mention. Maybe we can finally get some usefulness out of those civil war reenacters.
