White House blames Cheney shooting victim

This seems typical. I am not much of a hunter, but I have hunted on occasion, and am fairly well versed in firearm and hunting safety. One thing I do know is that you LOOK AT WHAT YOU ARE FUCKING SHOOTING!! How in the hell this could be the fault of the guy getting shot is beyond me. Maybe he dressed up like a quail, in which case that (and being a lawyer) would be reason enough to place the blame with him. Of course there is also the argument that he was dumb enough to go hunting with a Dick.
