Music Industry Goes After Guitar Tablature Sites

Here's an NPR story about music industry assholes shutting down guitar tab sites. I use tabs to help me learn to play songs, I wonder if I am a criminal for playing some of these songs in privacy of my own home? This is currently a grey area for copyright issues, people are looking for clarification. Some are even trying to come up with a legal way of doing it, but the music industry assholes aren't willing to deal. Check out MuSATO for more information.
