Bush not a TOTAL idiot

Well, I didn't think I would ever have anything good to say about Dubya, but I have finally found one small piece of information to support my theory that he is not a total moron.

I still think he is an evil bastard, but I think that this proves he isn't completely stupid. It is my belief that he acts like a dumbass to divert our attention from his real plans to become supreme overlord or something. While everyone is concentrating on the upcoming election, I believe he is laying his plans to not even have an election and remain in power. I hope I am wrong.
