Women Send Panties to Myanmar

It seems that the powers that be in Burma are under attack. According to Lanna Action for Burma, the Junta leaders believe that touching a woman's panties saps them of power. So now Women are sending panties to Myanmar. This has to be the most awesome protest ever. I wonder, do they have to be used or new?
