A "New" Home

Anyone that already knows me...which is probably you if you are reading this...knows that I've moved to Washington a few years ago. Temporarily at first for work, but then this wonderful place sucked me in...the family followed. This blog has been neglected for a few years as I have been working hard at just letting us stay on our feet. Lately, there have been things that are just a bit too raw to post on Facebook, so maybe I'll start posting here again. The holidays make me feel this way...not in the mood to write, they make me feel rage at the amount of stupidity that is still present in our species. How many more million years must we survive to get rid of the morons?

Rick Perry - Strong (Parody)

So Rick Perry thinks he's being persecuted for his Christianity because children aren't allowed to observe Christmas in school. How about the Jews, do they get to celebrate Hanukkah in school, Ramadan for the Muslims, Solstice for the Pagans? The answer is that they all have an equal right to observe whatever they want, but none of these things should be sanctioned by schools that receive tax dollars.

Indiana Governor, Mitch Daniels

"Atheism leads to brutality. All the horrific crimes of the last century were committed by atheists"

This man is a serious fucktard. He has travelled about the state making exaggerated promises since he was elected. He has cut already meager public employee salaries, privatized jobs and projects to line pockets of his big business buddies and spouts off about surplus. Yeah, Mitch, it's easy to have money if you don't spend it, but let's cut spending where it doesn't hurt your fellow Hoosiers.

As for Atheism, this is just another area that douchebag needs educated. But then again, he doesn't value education, as he slashed funding for public education, causing many schools to downsize their staff, when we obviously need it to increase. Sorry for the harsh words, but I have been personally effected by his policies and it pisses me off.

Speak Out

This is perhaps a little bit different than what I would normally place here. But please have a look anyway.
